We work across Halifax Regional Municipality and the South Shore. Transportation and a positive attitude are required. Experience with framing, finishing, or Passive House construction is an asset.

President & Principal Carpenter

A Red Seal–equivalent journeyman with over 25 years of experience in carpentry, joinery, and residential construction. Mick oversees project execution, client relationships, and site standards. He’s also a long-time member and supporter of Halifax’s Tars Rugby Club.

Nora Doran
Project Coordinator & Operations

With 20 years of experience in engineering consulting, Nora manages internal operations and supports project delivery, vendor coordination, and back-end systems. Her background ensures that even the technical and administrative details are handled with precision.
